本政策說明「GyberPass 騎士護照」行動應用程式（以下稱「本 App」）如何蒐集、使用、分享與保護您的個人資料。使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策。
本 App 由 GD Rider（佳德騎士俱樂部）開發與營運。
com.gdrider.gyberpass電子郵件、手機號碼、使用者名稱、個人頭像、個人簡介。若您使用 Apple 或 Google 登入，我們會取得該服務提供的識別碼與電子郵件。
精確位置（GPS）。僅在您主動開始一趟騎乘後才會啟用，騎乘結束即停止。未開始騎乘時，本 App 不會在背景蒐集位置。
里程、時速、騎乘時間、路線軌跡、探索範圍（迷霧地圖）、騎乘統計。
裝置動作感測器（加速度計／陀螺儀），用於判斷騎乘狀態與提升軌跡準確度。
掃描 QR Code（活動報到、好友加入）與上傳個人頭像時使用。我們不會在您未主動操作時存取相機或相簿。
僅在您使用「車隊／跑山頻道即時語音對講」功能時啟用（按住發話）。
裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本、推播通知權杖、當機與錯誤報告、效能診斷。
功能使用事件（例如開始騎乘、完成任務、開啟圖鑑）與匿名裝置診斷識別碼。
訂閱與應用程式內購買的交易狀態。我們不會蒐集或儲存您的信用卡號碼，付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。
本 App 使用 Google AdMob 提供獎勵式廣告。AdMob 可能蒐集廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）與相關裝置資訊，以投放與衡量廣告成效。
好友關係、推薦碼與推薦關係、車隊成員資格、排行榜名次。

本 App 會在騎乘進行中於背景持續存取位置，目的是在您切換到其他 App 或鎖定螢幕時，仍能完整記錄里程、路線與探索範圍。
我們不會販售您的個人資料。資料僅在下列情況分享給服務供應商：

此外，若法律要求或為保護使用者安全與本服務之合法權益，我們可能依法揭露必要資料。
您有權要求存取、更正或刪除我們持有的您的個人資料，亦可要求限制或反對特定處理方式。請透過上方聯絡信箱與我們聯繫，我們將於合理期間內回覆。
我們採用傳輸加密（HTTPS／TLS）、資料庫列級存取控制與最小權限原則保護您的資料。惟任何網路傳輸與儲存方式皆無法保證絕對安全。
本 App 面向成年騎士使用者，不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會刻意蒐集其個人資料。若我們得知已取得兒童資料，將盡速刪除。
本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁最上方的「最後更新」日期；重大變更將於 App 內另行通知。

This policy explains how the GyberPass mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by GD Rider, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data.
com.gdrider.gyberpassTo record ride distance, routes and rewards; to power fog-map exploration and location card collection; to create and authenticate accounts; to provide leaderboards, friends and team features; to deliver speed camera and road alerts; to send push notifications; to fix bugs and improve stability and performance; to provide subscriptions and purchases; and to serve rewarded ads.
The App accesses location in the background while a ride is in progress, so that distance, route and exploration keep recording when you switch apps or lock your screen.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the App: Supabase (accounts, database, storage), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash reporting), Mapbox and Google Maps Platform (maps), Google AdMob (rewarded ads), Google and Apple (sign-in), RevenueCat (purchase status), Expo/EAS (app updates and push delivery), and LiveKit (voice chat transport). We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the safety and legitimate interests of our users and service.
We retain your account and ride history while your account is active. Diagnostic and error logs are automatically purged after a limited period. You may request account deletion at any time via Settings → Account in the App, or by emailing the contact address above. Upon deletion, your personal data and ride records are removed, except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or request restriction of certain processing. Contact us at the email above.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access control and least-privilege principles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App is intended for adult motorcycle riders. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will additionally be announced in the App.
